 In October of 2005 Eden Consulting Group members Bob Eden Mark Ficcadenti and Ross Serbin teamed up with Kenny Licklider of Vonh Liche kennels at the request of the United States government to assist Brazilian authorities in developing that countries first ever explosives dog program. This program was developed to assist Brazilian police in developing explosives dog teams that were to be utilized for the 2007 Pan American Games being held in Rio De Janeiro. The program was initiated with dogs trained for both explosives detection and gun detection applications.
